Miniwrapper

This manual wrapper is especially suitable for companies with a smaller need for wrapping of goods. The Miniwrapper gives a great deal of flexibility because it can be moved to where the goods are situated.

The Genpack Miniwrapper can be used with all standard stretch film rolls (hand rolls).

FP-M

The FP-M is a manual pallet-wrapping machine with mechanical clutch for the film tension regulation. The film carriage is lifted and lowered manually as the turntable is rotating.

FP-35

The FP-35 is a semi-automatic pallet-wrapping machine equipped with a photocell for the automatic detection of the pallet height, electromechanical control box with digital keyboard and electromagnetic clutch for the film tension regulation. 

With the FP-35 it is possible to choose between 4 wrapping procedures:

• Standard cross wrapping (way-up and down).
• One way wrapping (during the film carriage ascent).
• Standard cross wrapping with the film carriage stop in the upper position to allow the manual application of water-proof top cover sheet.
• One way wrapping with the film carriage stop in the upper position to allow the manual application of water-proof top cover sheet.

Another feature is the separate timer for the bottom and top wraps setting.

FP-easy

The FP-easy is a mobile and fully automatic pallet-wrapping machine. When using the driving-house with manual control for forward/backward movement it is possible to move the machine. Therefore the machine is ideal for companies with more warehouses. 

The unique feeler wheel makes it possible to wrap odd-sized goods without any problems. The machine simply drives around the goods. It is possible to go as high as 2.2 meters. The wrapping stops when the unique front safety unit is activated.  

The FP-easy is quipped with a photocell for the automatic detection of the pallet height, electronic control box and electromagnetic clutch for the film tension regulation. The two 12 v batteries are without maintenance and the battery loader is incorporated in the machine. The actual battery level is displayed on the indicator.

FP-460

The FP-460 is a fully automatic pallet-wrapping machine equipped with a photocell for the automatic detection of the pallet height and electromagnetic clutch for the film tension regulation.

The machine starts the wrapping procedure automatically and cuts off the film when ending the wrapping. It is possible to select a specific wrapping programme and to determine the numbers of wrappings at the bottom and top.
