D 552 VT

This vertical All-In belt sealer is equipped with an integrated conveyor belt. The height of the conveyor belt (length 140 cm, width 25 cm) can also be adjusted up to 55 cm, this is also the maximum bag length. The speed of the conveyor belt and the sealing head can be separately adjusted. Since the sealing head can be tilted, it can also be used horizontally. In that case, the conveyor belt is not needed (D 552 V). Available options are a cutting device and a code roll.

D 555 NH

The D 555 NH is Genpack's most compact belt sealer. On this clever table model products are sealed with the bag lying flat. By using PTFE belts, PE/PP and laminates can be sealed. The integrated conveyor belt, which is 112 mm wide and 590 mm long, can be adjusted in height as well as backwards and forwards. This enables you to seal products with various bag widths and lengths. The distance from the back plate to the seal position is 35 mm. The highest operating temperature is 300°C.

D 555 NVT

The D 555 NVT is the smallest vertical belt sealer. Product bags are sealed standing. Ideal for liquid or solid products that would drain from the package when sealed laying flat. Adjustable supports on the belt guide the package during the sealing process. The sealing unit can be adjusted in height to suit different sizes of packages. This machines seals PE/PP and laminates.
