Auger Filler
The auger filler is a completely electronic controlled dosage system for powder. An electronic motor with a mechanical brake drives the auger. The required volume of product is electronically adjustable by fast and slow rotation of the auger.
The diameter of the auger depends on the product. The auger has a length of 760mm and can be delivered with a diameter from 10 to 40 mm.

Liquid Dosage Pump
Genpack liquid dosage pumps are used to fill bags with a programmed quantity of liquid, dense or pasty product.
The pump-system uses a storage bin to pump from. The packaging machine gives a signal to the dosage pump to fill the bag once the machine made the bag.
These stainless steel dosage units respond to the most up-to-date necessities of the food, confectionery, cannery, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical and petrochemical industries.
Dosage pumps are available with a maximum dosage of 300 ml, 1000 ml or 3000 ml. |
