AVM 190

The AVM 190 machine is the most compact vertical form, fill and sealing machine with pneumatically activated sealing bars. It automatically forms a bag, fills it with a product and then seals and separates the finished package.

The AVM 190 is suitable for all types of free flowing food and non-food products and can produce different shapes of bags. The machine is recommended for production processes in which small size packages of free flowing goods are produced, using a bag width up to 190 mm and a maximum bag length of 300 mm.

AVM 280

This vertical packaging machine is suitable for all kinds of free flowing food and non-food products. It uses a single reel of material and seals with either pneumatically or mechanically activated sealing bars. The machine automatically forms a bag through a shoulder piece, fills it with a product and then seals and separates the finished package. The whole process is controlled by a PLC with a user friendly control panel.

The AVM 280 is suitable for a vast range of industries and can produce almost any shape of bag (with max length and width of resp. 450 mm and 280 mm). The AVM 280 can be fitted with constant heat, impulse-heat or dual purpose sealing bars. The production speed can reach a maximum of 60 bags per minute for PP and laminates and 40 bags when using PE.

AVM 450

The AVM 450 is Genpack's largest vertical packaging machine. The machine is suitable for all kinds of free flowing food and non-food products. The machine automatically forms a bag through a shoulder piece, fills it with a product and then seals and separates the finished package. The whole process is controlled by a PLC with a user friendly control panel.

The machine is suitable for a vast range of industries and can produce almost any shape of bag (with max length and width of resp. 600 mm and 450 mm). The AVM 450 can be fitted with either impulse- heat or constant heat sealing bars. The production speed can reach a maximum of 40 bags per minute for PP and laminates and 25 bags when using PE.

AVMX 100

This machine produces triangular shaped bags that are suitable for all kinds of liquids. The liquid is pumped from a storage basin to a doser, which fills the bags with a pre-set quantity of liquid. All sealable materials up to 250 microns thick can be used on this machine.

VM 01S / VM 03S

This fully automatic vertical stick or sachet packaging machine can be used for packaging a variety of free flowing food and non-food products. The stainless steel machine comes in two versions: the VM 01S and the VM 03S.
The VM 01S produces sticks; two seals on both ends and one on the back of the stick. Whereas the VM 03S produces sachets; a 3-side sealed package.

The product is fed through a tunnel into the machine that automatically forms a bag, fills it with a product and then seals and separates the finished package. The min/max bag width is: 30-130 mm. The machine can either be equipped with a 4 cups volume dosage system for packaging powders/granulates or with a liquid pump for packaging liquids.

Speedpack

The Speedpack is the most compact model with which it is possible to simultaneously fill, seal and cut (or perforate) layflat tubing without the necessity of making bags beforehand. The Speedpack can be equipped with one chute, which comes in various sizes. A support can be delivered as an accessory.
