Sealboy

By pushing the arm of this multifunctional impulse sealer downwards, seals can be made in PE/PP films with a thickness up to 200 microns. There are various versions of the Sealboy to choose from. Accessories like a workshelf, a code seal and a roll holder are available.

Power sealer IST

Power Sealer (IST) is a powerful impulse sealer of stainless steel suitable for sealing thick materials. The sealing and cooling are separately adjustable to accommodate different types of material. IST is equipped with two sealing bars. The upper sealing bar can be switched off using relatively thin laminates. Switching between one or two sealing bars is easily done on the panel. The impressive sealing quality makes this machine suitable for many different tasks also sealing of "Special laminates."

Depending on the material, the Power sealer can seal film thickness of 20-400 microns.

Sealboy Magneta

The Sealboy Magneta is a manually operated impulse sealer suitable for PE and PP material. The sealing time is adjustable with a timer. When the upper jaw is closed, the magnetic interlock ensures that the seal pressure is maintained until the sealing and cooling process is complete. All models are fitted with a shielded cutting device, which easily cuts off any excess foil length. The Sealboy Magneta comes in various models and a range of different sizes, each with a selection of accessories.

Magneta

The Magneta, like the Sealboy Magneta, is equipped with a magnetic device which ensures that the sealing jaws remain locked together after being manually closed. This allows a perfect seal to be produced on the packaging material. The Magneta is supplied as standard with a safe, built-in cutting device. The Magneta seal options are: twin seal, code seal, industrial seal and bi-active seal. Wider seal widths are on request.
